The "Theatrical Tools for Trainings Used in Youth Work" workshop introduced youth workers to practical theatrical methods. Through exercises exploring objects, emotions, and inclusion/exclusion, participants gained tools for fostering group dynamics, self-expression, and creative problem-solving. While time was limited, the workshop successfully demonstrated the value of theatrical techniques in youth work and social inclusion training.

Presentation of the sending organization and its goals-works
Objectives
The workshop offers tools for:
o Creation of an equal group
o A functional and playful process that simultaneously helps with self-awareness and self-expression
o Offers a common language and ground for cultivating imagination, knowledge, adaptability, humor, and self-expression.
-
Tools that can adapt in the work with theatrical methodology and give solutions in the creation of a workshop for youthwork and projects.
-
Knowledge about theater and arts that can provide a ground for better understanding, empathy, good values, inclusivity etc.
During the workshop and according to the given time, every activity was accomplished, except the extra that was proposed for extra time. We didn’t have the time to go deep , or practice in an extent level, but the tools proposed gave a sightful look on theater methods that can be used during activities and workshops.
My experience was really good, I accomplished the goals that was described and in the given time , that was limited for these kind of practices and the participants were really present, willing to try something new and intriguing, and in my experience as a trainer they succeeded this level. Using curiosity, disclipine and a very good mood, they all tried the theatrical methods, that im sure they are going to use in some ways at their work and youthwork.
I think after this workshop I could try some ways different, like more preparation of the participants so that they can have a more insightful experience.
I was very inspired and surprised that a lot of workshops, especially some, were very connected with the themes and practices of this one, and made me feel and think that there is a big tank of methods, people, different cultures and history that somehow connect and connect us through an invisible thread.
